WTF do you expect? This chick is mad at people mispronouncing her child's dumb,idiotic,odd,unusual name.Yes it is unheard of. I have never met an Otto.Ever and I don't think I ever will. What the hell do you expect? It's an old stupid name that no one is ever going to pronounce "correctly" because according to you, you think everyone should pronounce everything just like you. NOT! Next time give your kid a normal name with an easy pronunciation you Ass!
